MC Nylon Description
means Monomer Casting Nylon, is a kind of engineering plastics used in comprehensive industries, has been applied almost every industrial field.
The caprolactam monomer is first melted, and added catalyst, then poured it inside moulds at atmosphere pressure so as to shape in different castings, such as: rod, plate, tube.ts mechanical properties are much higher than other nylon materials, such as: PA6/PA66. MC Nylon plays a more and more important role in the material list recommended by our country.

A: Usually we can make the regular color, like red, yellow, blue, green, grey and so on. Or you can offer the pantone color number for reference to produce.

A: It depends on the volume, usually it is about 7 days.
4. Q: How can I get a sample?
A: Small size of sample are free, you only need to pay for the shipping cost, or you can provide your UPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT courier account to us. Customized size of sample should be charged.
5. Q: What is your payment term?
A: Small order ,we accept by T/T,western union, paypal, .Bulk quantity order ,30% T/T in advance, 70% balance before shipment. Other terms negotiable.
